If you are an advanced weight trainer and want to apply Speed Weight Training to your routine, there are a few things you need to know before you get started.

You should already be familiar with the workout and you are aware of how much weight you will use with various exercises.  Your focus will be to apply the no rest concept to your routine.

 

 

  • Consult with a physician before beginning any physical fitness routine

  • Do not rest between sets. Keep Moving!

  • Keep your routine at a high intensity level .
  • All you need is 30 minutes. beyond that is up to you.
