“The workout, well I don’t have time.” That is bull, you do have the time. The problem is where do you begin. 30 minutes in the morning or 30 minutes at night, that’s up to you. Speed Weight Training requires 30 minutes per day, 3 to 4 times a week, that’s all you need. The non stop workout keeps the heart rate up and increases the fat burning process. Remember the amount of weight that you use is not important, its that you keep moving, NO REST.

 

Someone new to weight training can use five pound dumbbells and execute all the exercises demonstrated in the Speed Weight Training video. All exercises have been developed to be conducted at home as well as in the gym. A newcomer will enjoy the rapid endurance and strength increases.

The arms and chest become larger while the waist becomes smaller. It is truly amazing. Remember, all I wanted to do was lose my stomach and before I knew it, I was winning body building championships.
